Lobel Solar Power System

The biggest mistake of my life. I am Santosh Patil, a civil contractor by profession. I had installed a 4.60 kilowatt solar panel in my house last year from "Lobel Solar" Vadodara. Just a month after installing it, the "K Solar" inverter installed by them exploded due to the mistake of the technicians of "Lobel Solar", which was repaired by them after complaining. For the past two days, an error called "Fault Code 17" has been coming in the "K Solar" inverter and the solar generation has stopped. I had complained to "Lobel Solar". Their technician came to my house and said that your problem will be solved online and he did so, but it is true, but since this morning, twice due to the same problem, the K Solar inverter is in a state of shutdown. Complaining to "Lobel Solar", their technician came and even after visiting the site, they could not solve the problem. The technician does not know what the "Fault Code 17" error is. Despite calling "K Solar" company, the executive of "K Solar" company cannot respond properly. My solar generation has been off for two days. The technicians who come to my house from "Lobel Solar" have no knowledge about the problem. And the executive of "K Solar" inverter does not give any answer. At the time when there was talk of buying solar panels, I had personally requested their sales executive 'Rishabh Makwana' and said that it would be better not to install "K Solar" inverter. Because according to my knowledge, there are a lot of problems with it. But they forcedly installed a "K Solar" inverter on their warranty. Now I feel like I made a big mistake by getting solar panels installed from "Lobel Solar".

I chose Lobel Power with the expectation of a smooth solar installation experience, but unfortunately that has not been the case. Delays can happen, and I understand that. My disappointment is not just because of the delay, but because of the lack of clear updates and commitments being missed. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have struggled to get clear answers or a realistic completion timeline, and the work still remains incomplete. As a customer, all I expect is honest communication and realistic timelines. If a project is going to be delayed, customers deserve transparency and a clear revised timeline. My sincere advice to anyone planning to go with Lobel Power: please get all timelines and commitments in writing before proceeding. Do not rely only on verbal assurances. I am sharing this review because I do not want other customers to go through the same frustration and uncertainty that I have experienced.

Very bad service....I am facing problem from 2 month.....made request again and again but no response. I am paying electricity bil in between 5000-2000 every time.The fault light blinking in their machine but they are doing nothing.i will give you suggestion to don't go with these people.
