Lobel Solar Power System

Lobel Solar does not have technical staff. When they came to my house for service, they burned all the meters and wiring. My solar has been off since March 26 and despite repeatedly calling their responsible person, it has been 11 days since my solar has been off. The responsible person is Rishabh Makwana. He also does not listen to any complaints. He talks big and avoids us. After installing the solar, the solar worked well for two days, why was the GEB problem not seen? If it was a GEB problem, your solar MCB would have stopped as soon as you turned it on. Your technician put both ends of the MCB in the same place right in front of my eyes and then the explosion happened, so where does the GEB fault come from in this thing and if you still prove the GEB fault, then I am ready to sue or file a case against GEB.

Excellent service by LOBEL SOLAR POWER SYSTEM for solar rooftop at my home...they have completed the job within 15 days... generation started.. superb..also they support us in any kind of problem for solar rooftop.. quick registration, quick installation, quick opretion,...I appreciate their approach towards customer..in short they are master in their job ... always work for client satisfaction...nice experience

Very bad experience. Completely non-professional. Always talking lies. My solar geyser purchased from Lobel had issue and wasn't able to get hot water throughout the winter. For years he is not solving the problem. The so called service personnel have zero knowledge. These people then start sending you message to sell their products once they have your WhatsApp number. No service. Once so called plumber came to visit and charged me money. On face he was a scammer. Regretted allowing him to my house.The glass tubes used in geyser do not last. Fully mismanaged with the mindset to sell and run away. Very bad experience.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I’ve had two very disappointing experiences with this company, and I would strongly advise others to reconsider before doing business with them: Pending Government Subsidy (8 Months and Counting): It has been nearly 8 months, and I have still not received my subsidy. The delay is due to a serious error made by Lobel while registering my product's serial number on the government portal. As a result, my claim has been rejected three times. Despite repeated attempts, no one is responding to my calls anymore. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is extremely frustrating. Non-Functional Inverter Wi-Fi Router: The company installed a Wi-Fi router in the inverter, which has not worked since day one. Initially, they blamed my internet modem. However, I tested the connection thoroughly with Jio support, and everything on my end is working perfectly. When that excuse failed, they claimed the issue was due to incompatibility with 5G. But I pointed out that the app shows unit data online for about 15 days each month, and offline for the rest—if the router didn’t support 5G, why would it work intermittently? They had no answer to this. Even though my system is still under warranty, they have refused to replace the faulty inverter Wi-Fi router. In summary, the lack of support, accountability, and technical clarity has left me completely hopeless and helpless. I cannot recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

Over all good experience, online procedure super, Fabricator and panel fitting staffs very good.
