I have been doing a research from long for a reliable solar provider for my home and kraft Solar was the answer. From 1st interaction to seamless support throughout and final installation to delivery and technical guidance have been great. Invoice No.: KS/GST-422/24-25 I installed a 5kW solar system from Kraftwork Solar in 2024, but the after-sales service has been disappointing and time-consuming. Solar installation is a major long-term investment, so reliable support is essential. I was told two panel wash services would be provided (though I later realized this wasn’t included in the written agreement, it was clearly communicated during discussions). The agreement also mentions quarterly maintenance for 5 years, yet in over a year they have visited only once. In general, for any service request, I have to make multiple follow-up calls (often 10–12 calls) just to get a response or schedule a visit. During the only maintenance visit (which happened after around 10 follow-ups), a issue was identified, but it is still not resolved.May be I need to call 20 times to get it resolved. I had opportunities to refer Kraftwork Solar to friends planning solar installations, but with this level of after-sales support, it’s difficult to recommend them.

Very worst service, Even KSEB people comes on time for inspection and fixes net meter, still after fixing net meter production dint start because the kraft solar staff is unavailable, They has only few staffs these few staffs are going for service all over kerala
