We have been following up with Kraftwork for the past two months regarding the installation and approval of our solar panels. Before receiving the payment, their team appeared prompt and professional. However, once the payment was made, the service turned absolutely pathetic. They are completely unpunctual and show a total lack of responsibility. It took them an unreasonably long time just to complete the panel installation, and now we are struggling to get approval from KSEB. This delay is entirely due to their incompetence—they have no clear understanding of the paperwork required for approval and have continuously made mistakes throughout the process. Shockingly, their staff doesn't even know which forms are required for the KSEB approval. Their level of knowledge is appalling. On top of that, they can't even distinguish between a customer signature and a vendor signature. It's clear that the team is poorly trained and lacks even the basic understanding needed to handle such projects. Now, we've had to visit the KSEB office ourselves and take over tasks that we had already paid Kraftwork to handle. This entire experience has been nothing but frustrating. I strongly urge others: never ever approach this company for anything. It’s simply not worth the stress, time, or money.
