I had been come to joined hartex group and stayed 3 days and my experience was good with staff. I found something new here which other companies don't do, it gives opportunity to heart freshers and young generation hence this is great for beginners.

Regrettably, my second-round interview experience was underwhelming. Despite the company's touted reputation as a 'best place to work,' I found the interviewer to be surprisingly unreceptive to my inputs. As a front office candidate, I attempted to explain that Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) can vary significantly across industries and job roles. For instance, an administrative professional in the education sector may focus on building management, while the same role in another industry might prioritize travel management. I emphasized that KRAs and KPIs are tailored to meet specific company needs, and it's not uncommon for individuals with similar job titles to have diverse experiences. Moreover, with the advent of AI, we can leverage tools like Meta, ChatGPT, and others to streamline daily operations and access standardized formats. I also stressed my willingness to adapt and take on tasks outside my traditional job profile, demonstrating my flexibility and commitment to teamwork. Unfortunately, my interviewer seemed unresponsive to these points, which left a disappointing impression. All the best for the future candidates!
