On 26-02-2025 we had an unexpected breakdown of UPS in our Office, I had informed the same thing to Mr. Dilip and the Engineer visited us around 1PM, Engineer Mr. Shrikanth Checked everything and he found that there was an Battery Fault and that 1 battery is completely not working and the same thing Shrikanth also informed to Mr. Jalandhar, Unfortunately I have heard many silly reasons for the Battery replacement, Common guys Gravity India is a Corporate service provider and your team is informing that There is not even a single battery kept in house for emergency purpose and Mr. Jalandhar suggested to give and stand by battery and we have to bare porter charges for to get the battery and to get the issue resolved, Is this is the proper way of providing services to an AMC Customers, Is this is what called AMC. And the main thing Usually Mr. Dilip was the main contact in person, As I called him to explain the situation and conversation what I had with Mr. Jalandhar, Mr. Dilip is very Unprofessional and He not even ready to listen me he talking continuously on the call he not event ready to listen me and he started abusing me as well the words he used is beyond the professionalism, Later I tried contacting Mr. Sundaresh and then the things got better way and the issue was resolved around 08:00 PM and Engineer Mr. Shrikanth is a well tried and very professional at work helped a lot to get things better, If he and we got an proper support from the backend team, we may had good experience unfortunately Gravity India team is failed in providing good support to the customer and Mr. Dilip is UNFIT for the Job, we have lost productivity hours completely for a day and I have Spent 12 Hours in office to get resolve the issue for taking AMC with Gravity India. Over all Experience with Gravity India was Worst ever, Mr. Dilip is completely Unprofessional and Unfit for the Job, He talk good and Nice before taking the AMC late he shows his attitude, arrogance, Abusing words and Unprofessionalism.
