a month agoI am extremely disappointed with Grace Renewable Enery Ltd. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, they simply do not respond. It’s frustrating to invest in solar energy with the expectation of support and service, only to be completely ignored. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a more reliable and customer-focused provider."
