I am writing this review to express my complete satisfaction with the outstanding service provided by Evergreen Solar for the installation of our Ongrid 4.6kW Solar Plant with Net Metering with CESC as our DISCOM. Their team, specially Souvik who was my main point of contact throughout the project provided exceptional end-to-end support throughout the entire process. I was particularly impressed with their proactive approach to issue resolution and how they handled all the necessary documentation on our behalf. Their continuous and timely updates via their unparalleled CRM portal were also a major plus, as is their ongoing support in getting the plant connected to our home automation system which was an additional requirement from us though. This level of support made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The smooth processing of the PM Surya Yojana subsidy application was a major relief, and I'm happy to report that the amount has already been credited to our bank account. The plant has been operating for just over a week now, and the generation has been consistently excellent, which is a testament to their expertise and the optimized component selection based on theor recommendation and our preferences. We are extremely pleased with the results and would be very happy to recommend Evergreen Solar as a top-tier solar vendor in Eastern India.
