Their customer service was very good. Whenever we call them regarding solar related issues, they always answer our calls and give us accurate answers. I would like to thank their project engineer Navami and Sandeep who was looking after the KSEB related matters. The teams who came to do the paneling were very good. The electrical work is worth mentioning. Overall, me and my family are happy. Those who are planning to install solar should contact Comorin Solar.

Installed 5kva on grid solar plant with micro inverter technology in April 2025 and have been very happy with their overall service. What I liked: There was no over selling or push.They clearly explained the multiple options along with cost estimates and left it to us to decide. On most days I am getting more power tgenerated than what they had promised as average They fully take care of all paperwork and requirements for KSEB clearance, subsidy application and loan processing. All required documents and signing was arranged for at either home or at my office place and was conveniently arranged (They assigned one one person as point of contact and she was very helpful and supportive) The work was completed ahead of schedule (wanted to highlight that this is a rare quality as some of my colleagues who went with other vendors took an extra week or so to complete the work). I believe this is because they have their own set of workers rather than subcontracting the work and thus does not have the issue of labor shortage. Quality of work seemed to be very good and sturdy. There was absolutely no hidden cost and the amount quoted was exactly the amount I paid. After installation, the service engineer was available whenever we had a query or doubt (I had reached out at least three times and he was more than happy to support quite immediately and even on Sundays) What I didn't like: nothing so far, will update if anything changes
