I had a great experience with Balaji Renewable Solution Private Limited for my solar installation. The installation was completed on time exactly as scheduled, with no delays. The installation team is truly a gem for the company - very kind, professional, and highly skilled. The entire work was carried out very neatly, and they also made sure the area was properly cleaned after completion. They clearly explained how the system works and also guided me on app monitoring and maintenance. The system performance has been excellent so far. What I liked the most was their smooth and transparent process. They kept me informed at every stage, and the staff was very friendly and patient in answering all my questions, even detailed technical ones. The materials provided matched the BOM, and the overall quality was top-notch. Even though the price was slightly higher than others, it is definitely worth it for the quality and service. Their backend support, especially during EB coordination, was also very good. After installation, I reached out to them for technical clarifications, and their response was quick and helpful. I truly appreciate this level of after-sales support. If I have to point out anything at all, there was just a very small item that might have been missed during installation, but it was easily manageable and did not affect the overall experience in any way. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone planning for solar.

The vendor has processed the customer'sapplication right from permission for installation to Govt.subsidy. vendor fixed high quality of RTS panels, inverter,wiring etc,.Strong mounting structures are fixed to protect against Strong wind/cyclone. The vendor is really known for reliability and experience. Value for the money.

They helped us in getting hassle free loan as well. They were very proactive and was doing step by step things by their own without doing any follow up. I really appreciate their service.
