Extremely unprofessional and misleading. Salesperson Harsh Shah made false promises just to close the deal and disappeared once payment was done. Zero transparency, poor communication, and no accountability. Completely regret choosing this solar company. Do not trust their sales claims.

My experience with this sanelite solar has been extremely disappointing. The company only cares about its own profit and self-interest, without any concern for the inconvenience caused to customers. (Specially Mr HARSH SHAH.) Throughout the process, their behavior was unprofessional. Whenever an issue came up, they refused to take responsibility and instead tried to blame the customer. They make big promises at the time of sale, but once the installation is done, they have no interest in providing service or support. Think twice before choosing this company. The quality of service and customer care you expect is simply not delivered here.
