Hello everyone, I have planned to install solar on my rooftop. After speaking to multiple vendors I choose Novus Renewables as their technical understand was good and they offer a good quotation. I payed a token of 1L rupees as advance. Mean while they got a big order from some other client. I was promise that my system would be installed in 2 months. It has been more they 3 months but they have not installed my system more over they are not even picking my phone. I have called them continually for last one month but they are not even picking my phone Or replying me back. Please don't give them advance else you would be trapped. I have call log and payment receipt as well. Have a good day.

We had consulted Novus renewables for solar for our building. We had short listed 2 vendors and finally went with Novus renewables as we found the technical understanding of their team far better. Our members were worried as our terrace will be utilized completely. But thankfully they have installed the system in such a way that we are able to use our terrace as well and get the benefits of Solar power. Our electricity bill has completely gone to zero and we are proud to do something for mother earth.

We had recently installed Solar for our bldg from Novus Renewables. We had many queries as this is completely new for us. Also whether going for Solar power was risky or not. But thankfully Novus team not only answered all our queries to our satisfaction, but also installed solar power system to our satisfaction.

I have dealt with Novus Renewables for my friend society. I was happy with the way they shared the proposal as it covered complete technical details on how the project will be implemented. I also found that whatever was promised was timely delivered. Good people to deal with.
