I regret choosing this company for my solar system. Their customer service is terrible. They promise a lot before the sale but disappear once you pay. I faced many delays and poor communication. Even after installation, they left some work unfinished and refused to help unless I paid full amount immediately. When I tried to discuss it, they threatened to remove the inverter. Such unprofessional behavior! I do not recommend them at all.

Very disappointing experience. These people are only nice before the sale. After that, zero support. Had to chase them for months for basic things. They never take responsibility and just give excuses. I had to run around and fix issues myself. And when I held back a small payment for incomplete work, they started giving threats. Totally unprofessional and rude staff. Would never recommend this company.

They deserve negative rating 👎 Worst customer service Don't buy ❌ Before selling they talk sweetly but after sales they talk badly No support is given 🚫 There was a problem from municipality but they didn’t help to resolve it I went many many times to the municipality office myself 🥵 but they didn’t bother Some pipework was pending, so little payment was on hold Instead of helping, they gave threats to remove the inverter ⚠️ That small work was completed after 1.5 years ⌛ Very bad experience 👎👎
