Our society, Samrudhhi Nabhangan (Vikas Nagar, Kiwale), had been planning to install solar panels since September 2024. We collected quotations from multiple firms and also approached Erigo Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. During this process, we met with various dealers who conducted site surveys and gave us basic information. A friend then suggested we speak directly with Mr. Bipin, the owner of Erigo Energy. He explained every aspect of the project in detail to our committee, which gave us a clear understanding of the process. Initially, due to financial constraints, we had to postpone the project. When we revisited the plan in March 2025, we again reached out to several dealers. We noticed that most firms had their own material selection criteria and were not transparent in explaining the process. In contrast, Mr. Bipin stood out—he provided us with clear, step-by-step details and a well-defined schedule of work. The project execution followed exactly as he had committed earlier. Another highlight was after the system installation when we received an MSCDL bill that incorrectly included charges for the period we were already using solar power.
