It was really pleasant experience with M/s. Echosoch. I was introduced to Mr. Govindaraju, who gave a detailed explanation about the solar power generation, that includes about the solar panel, the connectivity, the generation, the bidirectional EB power meter, the cost of the panels & infrastructure for installation. He introduced me to Mr. Vamsi who promptly send persons to identify the location and the plan of installation, given the structure of the building. The entire activity of installation and commissioning of the solar power generation system was completed within a month( in spite of a long delay in getting the meter from KEB) . Currently I'm able to see the benefits, through installation of the solar panels from Echosoch .

Govindraju and Dharani Team gave outstanding service to us, entire procedure was carried out professionally. Once we confirmed to go ahead with the solar installation , team visited the site, did the analysis how the productivity will be at different times/ over the months/ season, shared the report. Work was completed as per agreed time line , end to end work including BESCOM and reimbursement of claim was taken care by them.
