Ecosoch Solar – The Worst Solar Company Service I Have Ever Experienced Don't choose a solar company just because they claim to have installed the highest number of kilowatts. My experience with Ecosoch Solar was extremely disappointing. I was initially quoted ₹3,95,000 for a 5.22 kW system. The moment I shared competing quotations, the price dropped to ₹3,45,000. So don't believe claims like "best price" or "no one can match us." They source the same panels, inverters, and accessories as everyone else, and several other vendors had already quoted me the same configuration at that price. I only went ahead because I had already paid a ₹20,000 advance and their office was just 1 km from my home, expecting better after-sales support. That turned out to be a mistake. I signed the Purchase Order on 23 March 2026, but the project was completed only on 18 June 2026. Nearly 4 months for a residential solar installation is unacceptable, with constant follow-ups required from my side. The installation quality was equally disappointing. The team left my terrace full of plastic covers, wire pieces, PVC pipes, cement waste, jelly stones, empty boxes, and construction debris. There was no proper site supervision, and I even had to stop them from routing DC cables through an unsafe path. Planning was poor too. They asked me to buy a weatherproof enclosure that was larger than the available installation space, forcing the inverter to be installed indoors instead. During installation, the workers didn't even bring cement, M-sand, or jelly stones. Since it was a Sunday and their office was closed, I had to buy the materials myself to avoid delaying the work. The most frustrating part was the final payment. Their Purchase Order clearly states that the last 5% is payable only after commissioning. However, they kept demanding payment before the system was officially commissioned on the PM Surya Ghar/BESCOM portal. Only after I refused did they visit the BESCOM office, complete the pending work, and get the system commissioned almost immediately. Overall, once the payment was made, communication became poor, coordination was lacking, installation quality was disappointing, and every stage required repeated follow-ups. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ecosoch Solar.

The Ecosoch team has done a wonderful work. Ours is a 3kw hybrid system with 5.32 kw battery of Li-ion of deye inverter and battery which is one of the best in India. The team response is quick if there are any problems and rectify quickly. Thanks Vamsi of Ecosoch.

I contacted Ecosoch Solar in Bangalore a couple of months ago to install a solar system at my farmhouse. From the first call, their team was very professional and clear in their approach. They explained everything in simple terms and suggested useful options. One of the best suggestions was using a inverter and Lithium Battery to store the electricity produced and send the extra power to the grid. That helped me understand how to use the system better. Mr Govindaraju and Mr Vamshi did an excellent job. Both guided us properly and offered very good pricing compared to others I checked with. The installation work was neat and well planned. They also helped me with a small issue in the solar system at my house, which was installed by a different vendor. Even though it was not their project, they fixed it without hesitation.
