Good building maintenance is great. Construction is good. Location is very near to Suchitra X road. Parking is available. Opposite to the building is army area, where there is lot of greenery which gives you plenty of fresh Air and water.

It is a Safe and peaceful space to be in.

no response on sales... called plenty of times to their sales numbers on their hoardings near project gate, no response at all... looks like they're not interested in selling their flats...
